Kieran O'Hea was the first Chief Digital Officer of Brisbane and only the second person in the world to be appointed as CDO of of a city. He led the development of Brisbane's digital economy strategy. He has also led the development of Leicester's smart city strategy.
Kieran also has extensive experience developing global digital strategies for organisations in the tourism, non-profit and public sector. He has also contributed to the development of EU programmes including the Digital Agenda for Europe.
